Sack was elevated to Associate AD for External Engagement in January 2026. Her duties include the oversight of NM State Marketing, Sports Information and Communications, Social Media Strategy, Gameday Experience and Game Operations.
She previous served as Associate AD for Marketing & Fan Experience since 2022.
Since joining the Aggies in 2016, she has seen the marketing efforts and dynamic ticket initiatives for all 16 Division I Sports hit, exceed or set program records for ticket sales and revenue.
"I have a passion for the game day experience and for growing our core season ticket base," said Sack. "I am very happy to be an Aggie. The grit, hard work and accomplishments of our student athletes have made NM State a phenomenal program to work with.”
Sack’s goal is to generate engagement with the Aggie fan base in Las Cruces and the greater El Paso border-plex region. With specific attention to creating a gameday environment that is welcoming and center of community for fans of all ages. Prior to joining NM State, Sack worked as an Assistant Director of Marketing and Fan Experience at Ole Miss (SEC). She also had a similar role at Southern Illinois University Carbondale (MVC). In addition to her experience in collegiate sports marketing, Sack has an extensive background in newspaper reporting and writing in Illinois, California and Florida, as well as television production.
Sack graduated from Southern Illinois University with a bachelor's in journalism and received her master's degree in public administration from SIU in 2015.
