Kevin
Tibolt enters his third season with the Aggies and his second as the Director
of Football Operations. He assists the Aggies football program with a myriad of
administrative functions, including, but not limited to the day-to-day support
to head coach Doug Martin and coaching staff, the organization of player
housing, travel and food. He is also the liaison to the Goal Line Club and
Football Success Fund and helps organize team-building functions and
football-related outreach.
Tibolt also
assists in personnel matters with recruiting, including recruiting research,
official visits, high school camps and new player campus orientation. He is
also the liaison to the NFL scouts and organizes the Aggies' annual Pro Day,
while maintaining contact with the academic and compliance offices and the
organization of community affairs.
In 2011,
Tibolt worked as an assistant to special teams coach. Tibolt helped coach
Murphy guide Taveon Rogers as he was named a first team All-WAC kick returner
and second team All-WAC wide receiver, while earning All-America honors on five
different All-American teams.
A 2010
graduate of Syracuse University's Maxwell School of Citizenship, Tibolt worked
as an intern with the University of New Hampshire
football program in 2010, working primarily with operations. He is a native of
Portland, Ore.
