High School/Club: Cope is a midfielder/forward from La Mirada High School in La Mirada, Calif. She led the Matadors to the California Interscholastic Federation Tournament Championship for four consecutive seasons. As a senior, Cope had seven goals and five assists en route to a first team all-area selection. She earned second team All-CIF and second team All- Suburban League honors after taking La Mirada to the CIF quarterfinals. Cope played in the Southern Section Senior All-Star Game. Cope paced the Matadors to four consecutive Suburban League Championships.  As a junior, she guided La Mirada to the Division III Championship and posted three goals and eight assists. Cope scored eight goals and added three assists in her sophomore season when La Mirada made the CIF semifinals. In her freshman season, Cope scored four goals and tallied two assists while directing the Matadors to the CIF quarterfinals. Currently, Cope is a member of the OC Premier Strikers that are ranked No. 7 in southern California.

Personal: Cope is the daughter of Larry and Anne Cope, and she was born in La Habra, Calif. She hasn’t decided on a major.
