Wellington, Fla. - Senior Hunter Seat rider Amy Lang wrapped up the 3rd Annual Collegiate Equitation Challenge Friday afternoon after two very close head-to-head match ups.

"Amy (Lang) had a great day despite the scores not going her way," head coach Audrey Back said. "She rode absolutely beautifully and I'm very proud of her. I think Amy a great job representing NM State."

Lang fell by just a half a point in her first ride of the day, 79.5-79, against Lisa Goldman of Baylor. She then took on Julianna Fischer of SMU, falling again 84-75.

Lang will now rejoin her teammates as the Aggies take on Feb. 25 against TCU in Las Cruces.
