Las Cruces, N.M.-The women's tennis team of New Mexico State University will be spending Spring Break in California for a weeklong road trip to face Cal State Fullerton on Monday, March 21, Cal State Northridge on Wednesday, March 23, and Loyola Marymount on Friday, March 25.
Last season NM State defeated CS Fullerton 5-2 in Fullerton, Calif., on March 23, and lost to Loyola Marymount 4-3 on March 26, in Los Angeles, Calif.
The Aggies will hit the road after playing the past four matches in Las Cruces. NM State went 2-2 during the home stand.
NM State is currently 6-3, with all six wins coming in winning streak which lasted from Jan. 22-Feb. 20.
CS Fullerton enters the week with a 3-12 record, having lost its last five matches. CS Northridge enters with a 9-7 record with wins over San Diego State and Nevada. Loyola Marymount enters with a 5-8 record with wins over San Jose State and Georgetown.
NM State will return to Las Cruces on Wednesday, March 30, to face UTEP at 2:30 (MT)
