NM State (4-12, 1-2 WAC) hosts UT-Arlington (4-9) Friday afternoon. The Aggies then face Northern Arizona (4-11) on Saturday, March 31 at 2 p.m. before finishing the weekend against WAC rival Idaho (8-13, 0-2) on Sunday, April 1, at 10 a.m.
The last time out NM State lost 7-0 at No. 29 Texas after dropping a 4-3 decision to UTSA (8-9) last weekend in Lubbock. After opening the season at 4-3, the Aggies (4-12, 1-2 WAC) have dropped nine straight matches. A third of those losses have been close 4-3 decisions.
Senior Matej Stakne, sophomore Marc Westgate and junior Luis Ramirez will continue to lead the Aggies in singles action. Stakne and Ramirez will lead the NM State doubles pairings.
