Albuquerque, N.M. – The New Mexico State men’s golf team is currently 13th after two rounds of the William H. Tucker, played the UNM Championship Golf Course. The Aggies shot a two-round score of 27-over par, 603.

 

Justin Shin leads the Aggies with a two-round score of 4-over par, 148 and is tied for 27th overall. Kenneth Fadke had rounds of 76 and 74 and is 6-over par, 150 after two rounds, tying him for 39th overall.

 

Will Hogan finished his two rounds at 8-over par, 152, tying for 51st, while Taylor Mihok is tied for 58th overall at 9-over par, 153. Brett Walker rounded out the Aggie competitors with a 12-over par, 156, tying him for 71st.

 

Derek Baade, who is playing in this tournament as an individual is tied for 14th overall after two rounds of 1-over par, 73. His is 2-over par, 146 for the tournament.

 

New Mexico leads the team results t 8-under par, followed by San Francisco (+5), Colorado (+7), Baylor (+10) and UC Irvine (+12). Cory McElyea of San Francisco leads the individual tournament at 6-under par.

 

The Aggies will be back in action for the final round tomorrow beginning at 8 a.m.
