Aggie Men's Basketball Faces Tennessee State Today at 8p.m. (MT); Listen on the KGRT 103.9 FM

The Aggies opened the 2013-14 season with a 70-64 loss to Western Michigan on the first day of the Outrigger Hotels and Resorts Rainbow Classic. NM State will look to bounce back taking on Tennessee State, Saturday, Nov. 9 at 8p.m. (MT) in the Stan Sheriff Center in Honolulu, Hawai’i. Radio coverage will be available on KGRT 103.9 FM with ‘Voice of the Aggies,’ Jack Nixon giving the play-by-play.

DID YOU KNOW: This is the fifth consecutive season and sixth time in seven years that the Aggies have started their season on the road.

NM State started playing basketball in 1904, which makes this the 107th season of program history.

Friday night’s loss to the Broncos moved the Aggies to 65-41-1 all-time in opening games. NM State is now 10-22 when playing on the road to open the season. The Aggies are 3-4 in opening games under head coach Marvin Menzies.
