NCAA Volleyball Tournament Selection Show Watch Party, Sunday

LAS CRUCES, N.M. – The New Mexico State volleyball team will host a watch party for the NCAA Tournament selection show, Sunday, Dec. 1 in the Barbara Hubbard Room of the Pan American Center Annex.

The selection show starts at 7:30 p.m. (MT) on ESPNU, although doors at the Watch Party event will open at 6:30 p.m.  All Aggie fans and followers are invited to join the 2013 Western Athletic Conference regular season and tournament champions to find out when and where it will play.

The Aggies are 22-10 on the year and won the WAC Tournament this week by defeating Idaho in five sets during the semifinals and dominating Bakersfield in the finals.  Senior middle hitter Desiree Scott was named the tournament MVP, while setter Ciara Brown, middle Gwen Murphy and outside hitter Bradley Nash were all named to the all-tournament.

The NCAA Tournament starts, Thursday and Friday, Dec. 5-6 at various venues throughout the country.  Check back on www.NMStateSports.com to find out who the WAC Champions will face in the first round.
