61 JR Saulietis

2008 (Junior): Saulietis played in seven games for the Aggies on the offensive line and on special teams. He helped the Aggies offense rank ninth in the nation in passing offense, averaging 301.3 yards in the air per game and 64th in total offense, averaging 355.6 yards a contest. Saulietis was also part of an Aggie field goal team that went a perfect 33-of-33 on the season in extra point attempts and 7-of-11 on field goal attempts.


2007 (Sophomore): Saulietis did not play for the Aggies in 2007.


2006 (Redshirt Freshman): Saulietis did not play in 2006.


2005 (Freshman):  Saulietis redshirted during his first season with the Aggies.


High School: Saulietis helped the Cloudcroft Bears advance to the state championship game in 2004, as the Bears recorded a 10-2 mark. As a junior, he was named an all-district selection and a second team all-state selection. During his senior season, he earned all-district for both the offensive and defensive line, was named an all-state selection for both the offensive and defensive line and earned the district defensive player of the year. He also competed in basketball and track & field.


Personal: He was born August 21, 1987 to Andy and Susan Saulietis. He plans to major in mechanical engineering technology.
