LAS CRUCES, N.M. – The New Mexico State football team completed fall camp practice No. 8 on the football practice field, Thursday, Aug. 7 on the football practice field on the campus of NM State. While practice was going on, the first strip of the new synthetic turf was being laid in Aggie Memorial Stadium.

The NM State football team was in full pads again today and worked on various packages both on offense and defense. Head coach Doug Martin and the Aggie coaching staff was pleased with the progression of the team during the team’s eighth practice of the fall camp.

keeping the Aggie athletic training team on their toes to keep the student-athletes well hydrated. 

The Aggies have one practice scheduled for, Friday, Aug. 8 at 3 p.m. (MT) on the practice field. 

The 2014 NM State football season opens up on Thursday, Aug. 28 against Cal Poly University in Aggie Memorial Stadium.  Season tickets start at just $50 and can be purchased by calling 575-646-1420 or by going online to www.NMStateSports.com.
