LAS CRUCES, N.M. --  New Mexico State head football coach Doug Martin Announced Thursday that offensive line coach Steve Marshall has accepted a coaching position with the Green Bay Packers as their new assistant offensive line coach. Marshall was hired at NM State back in mid-January.

“Obviously we hate to lose coach Marshall to Green Bay but I understand what a great opportunity this is for him and his family,” Martin said. “We wish him the best of luck.”

Martin will begin a search for Marshall’s replacement immediately.
