NM State Football to Host Annual Spring Game and More, Saturday

LAS CRUCES, N.M. - The New Mexico State football team closes out its fourth spring under head coach DeWayne Walker with the annual spring game, sponsored by Wells Fargo, on Saturday, April 28 at 1:00 p.m. in Aggie Memorial Stadium.

The Wells Fargo Spring Football Game is the final spring practice for the Aggies before they resume a regular practice schedule in the fall. The spring game is open to the public and admission is free. Fans are encouraged to come early to take advantage of the pregame activities.

Former NM State Aggie and currently Green bay Packer Davon House will be signing autographs prior to the game inside the northwest gate of the stadium and the first 250 NM State students to enter the gates will receive a free t-Shirt provided by ASNMSU.

The Goal Line club will also be hosting a tailgate prior to the game with free hotdogs for students, along with music. Concession stands will be open on the west side of the stadium and Sodexo will provide ice cream for just 50 cents.

The Aggie Athletic Club will be hosting a Winners Circle open house during the game as well on the third floor of the Stan Fulton Athletics Center in the Danny Villanueva Victory Club.

After the scrimmage, players and coaches will be available on the field for autographs on the recently released 2012 NM State football poster. The NM State ticket office will be open at the northwest gate for anyone interested in purchasing their 2012 season football tickets.
