Aggie Football & Men’s Basketball on Sports Radio 1310 the Ticket (KKNS) in Albuquerque

 Las Cruces, N.M. – The New Mexico State Athletics Department announced Wednesday afternoon its new partnership with Sports Radio 1310 the Ticket (KKNS) in Albuquerque, N.M. Sports Radio 1310 the Ticket will begin carrying NMSU football and men’s basketball games on its airwaves starting this Saturday with the Aggie versus Vandal football game in Moscow, Idaho.
                
“We are very excited to have Aggie football and men’s basketball games on the air with Sports Radio 1310 the Ticket,” Jim Freese, station manager for Sports Radio 1310 the Ticket said. “Those games were on our station last year and then the Aggies switched station and we were sorry to see the Aggies go, but we are happy to have them back again and excited to put them back on the air.”
Sports Radio 1310 the Ticket (KKNS) will broadcast Aggie football and men’s basketball games to not only Aggie fans in Albuquerque, but to the surrounding areas including Santa Fe.
“We thank Sports Radio 1310 the Ticket for stepping up to the plate to bring Aggie fans in Albuquerque and the surrounding areas, Aggie football and men’s basketball,” NMSU Athletics Director Dr. McKinley Boston said. “I’m happy to be in partnership with a solid radio station like Sports Radio 1310 the Ticket.”
