LAS CRUCES, N.M. (June 7)-New Mexico State men’s basketball assistant coach Mick Durham has resigned from his position with the Aggies to return to the head coaching ranks at Alaska Fairbanks.
“I’m extremely happy for Mick and his family that this opportunity came his way,” head coach Marvin Menzies said. “I think it bodes well for our program to be able to have guys advance their careers.”

The Aggies won their second WAC Tournament Championship in 2009-10 and made their 18th appearance in the NCAA Tournament with a near upset of No. 12 Michigan State in the first round.
