LAS CRUCES, N.M. (Jan. 22)-New Mexico State sophomore swimmer Jessica Legge has been named the WAC Swimmer of the Week, for Jan. 14-20.

Legge won three individual events at Idaho, Jan. 18. She won both the 100 breaststroke (1:03.78) and 200 breaststroke (2:18.71). Legge also captured top honors in the 200 IM (2:07.83).

"Jess has had a really great couple months of training, and I am very excited about her swimming," head coach Rick Pratt said. "She had some impressive swims after long travel to Moscow, and it's nice to see her recognized with all the fast swims happening in our league."

The Aggies host in-state rival New Mexico in the regular season finale, Feb. 2, in Las Cruces.
