LAS CRUCES, N.M. (Nov. 28)-The New Mexico State swimming and diving team hits the road to face Northern Arizona, Saturday, Dec. 1 at 11:30 a.m., in Flagstaff, Ariz.

"NAU has become a great rivalry for us as they are affiliate members in the WAC and one of the best teams in the league," head coach Rick Pratt said. "Coach Johns probably has one of his best squads at NAU, and we will need a great team effort to win up there.  They do not have many holes in their lineup and swim very tough at home.

"We're going to have to be mentally tough and win those close finishes.  We've had some tremendous training and experience racing over the past six weeks.  This will be a real test for our young group, and I am looking forward to seeing how they respond to the trip."

Last season, the Aggies defeated NAU in dual meet action, 161-138, Dec. 3, 2011 in Las Cruces.
