2011-12 - Junior

Fletcher played in 30 games and made 15 starts at the forward position as a junior. She made her first career start in a 63-62 season-opening win at Houston (Nov. 11). She scored a season high of seven points at Utah (Dec. 21). Fletcher pulled down a career high eight rebounds against Louisiana Tech (Jan. 28). She played a career high 36 minutes on the floor against UTEP (Nov. 16). Fletcher averaged 2.7 points and 3.3 rebounds in 18 minutes per game. She totaled 98 rebounds and 81 points on the year. Fletcher shot 32.6 percent from the field and 65.6 percent at the foul line. She concluded the year as a member of the Academic All-WAC Team for a second third season.

2010-11 - Sophomore

Fletcher played in 30 of 32 games at the forward position as a sophomore. She scored a season high of six points on three occasions. Fletcher pulled down a career-high seven rebounds against Fresno State (Feb. 21). Fletcher averaged 1.6 points and 1.4 rebounds in 10 minutes per game. She ranked second on the team with 16 blocks. Fletcher ranked No. 10 in the WAC with 0.73 blocks per game in league contests. She totaled 42 rebounds and 48 points on the year. Fletcher shot 40.9 percent from the field and 50.0 percent at the foul line. She concluded the year as a member of the Academic All-WAC Team for a second straight season.

2009-10 - Freshman

Fletcher played in 31 games at the forward position in 2009-10 to help lead the Aggies to their first postseason appearance in 16 years. She concluded the year as a member of the Academic All-WAC Freshman/Transfer Team. Fletcher scored a career high 10 points at Idaho on Feb. 20, her first career double-digit scoring effort as an Aggie, Fletcher averaged 1.4 points in 7.7 minutes per game. She pulled down a career high four rebounds three times during the year. She totaled 34 rebounds and 42 points on the year. Fletcher shot 58.1 percent from the field but just 46.2 percent at the foul line.
