Release:  08/09/2013

The New Mexico State football team conducted its first day of two-a-days on Friday. The first practice was held on Friday morning with the afternoon session beginning at 3 p.m. The practice lasted about two and a half hours and the team seemed to respond well to an extra chance to prepare for the season. NM State is set to hold its first scrimmage of the season on Saturday morning at 9 a.m. at Aggie Memorial Stadium. All fans are welcome and head coach Doug Martin encourages the Las Cruces community to come get a sneak peak at the 2013 Aggies. Check out the video below to hear Martin’s comments on the first double-practice day.
