The New Mexico State men's basketball team continues its three-game home stand, when the Aggies host San Jose State, Saturday, Jan. 19 at 7 p.m. The game is an AggieVision production with Jeff Matthews and Glen Cerny. The game can be heard on the Aggie Sports Network and KGRT 104 FM in Las Cruces with the 'Voice of the Aggies' Jack Nixon, and the pregame show starts 30 minutes prior to tip. New Mexico State Aggies
The Aggies have won five straight games and have an 11-8 overall record and 5-2 WAC record following a 64-51 win over Utah State, Jan. 17. Sophomore guard Daniel Mullings is leading the team with 14.7 points per game. Senior forwards Tyrone Watson and Bandja Sy are also in double figures with 10.7 and 10.3 points per contest, respectively.
Scouting San Jose State
The Spartans have a 9-8 overall record and 3-3 league mark after a 73-37 loss at Denver, Jan. 17. Senior guard James Kinney has a team-high 20.6 points per game but has missed the last two games, while junior forward Chris Cunningham provides 10.8 points and 8.9 rebounds per contest.
The Aggies have a 32-12 advantage in the all-time series. NM State won both games last year, 79-63, Jan. 19, 2012 in San Jose, Calif., and 79-68, Feb. 25, 2012 in Las Cruces.

Aggies Down Utah State 64-51
NM State snapped Utah State's 13-game winning streak, the second longest in the country, with a 64-51 victory, Jan. 17 in Las Cruces. The Aggies had four players in double figures with senior forward Bandja Sy scoring a game-high 16 points. Sy was 7-of-9 from the field to lead the Aggies to a 57.8 field goal percentage (26-of-45). The Crimson and White have won the last five straight with senior forward Tyrone Watson and sophomore guard Daniel Mullings contributing 12 points each. Sophomore guard K.C. Ross-Miller added 10.
