Aggies to Compete in Balloon Fiesta Invitational

LAS CRUCES, N.M. (Oct. 4)-The New Mexico State men's tennis team continues fall play at the Balloon Fiesta Invitational, Friday, Oct. 5 through Sunday, Oct. 7 in Albuquerque.  

The Aggies join tournament host New Mexico, Denver, Northern Arizona and Air Force, which is a flighted tournament with four singles draws and two doubles draws.

"After an encouraging showing at the ITA All-American, I look forward to seeing the rest of my lineup in action this weekend at the Balloon Fiesta tournament," head coach Carlos Vargas said.

"This tournament gives us an opportunity to play a lot of matches that will help us determine positions in the lineup, and to gain great experience for the rest of the season. I have a very talented group this year and can't wait to see them in action."
