REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2012): After suffering an early season-ending knee injury in 2011, Nash came back strong in 2012, playing in 98 sets and becoming one of the most complete players on the NM State roster.  She finished the season ranked among the top Aggie players in many categories including: fifth in kills (118) and points (358), tied for third in total blocks (65), sixth in digs (99) and seventh in service aces (9).  Nash was also one of only four Aggie players to have at least one double-double during the season.  Hers came versus Idaho (Nov. 21) when she finished with 11 kills and 14 digs.

Perhaps Nash’s well-rounded play was best exemplified during NM State’s championship run at the WAC Tournament.  Nash was the only Aggie player to finish the tournament with double figures in three different categories.  She finished the tournament with 20 total kills, 27 total digs and 10 total blocks in three games.

2011 (FRESHMAN): Nash played in two sets against No. 5 Nebraska before she suffered a season-ending knee injury in the third set of five on Aug. 26.  The Aggies were up 2-0 before Nash suffered the injury and lost the match 3-2 as her injury seemed to deflate the Aggies momentum. In that match she tallied eight kills, six digs and a service ace. She was awarded a medical redshirt after her injury.

High School: Nash joins the Aggies after graduating from Monument Valley High School.  She has played volleyball under her mother Lucinda Nash from 2008-10.  Nash led her team to a 40-0 record in 2010 and led the way to four state championships.  She is a two-time 3A North Player of the Year, while being named to the Arizona Republic all-state team and a four-time all-conference selection.  Nash wrapped up her career with a 159-4-3 record in high school. Not only is she athletic but she was also in the top 10 of her class academically and was the National Honor Society Co-President at her school.

Personal: Bradley Nash is the daughter of Robert and Lucinda Nash. She was born in Farmington, N.M., and is majoring in chemistry.
