2012-13 - Junior

Rutledge played in all 31 games for NM State in her junior season.  Rutledge played a season-high 30 minutes against Texas State (1/5).  Rutledge grabbed 155 total rebounds for the Aggies, which ranked third on the team and is the leading rebounder entering the 2013-14 season.  She grabbed a career-high 11 rebounds at San Jose State (1/19).  Rutledge rebounded best in conference play where she totaled 94 of her 155 rebounds.  Rutledge was active on defense, recording16 steals which was fourth best on the team.  Rutledge scored 115 points for the Aggies and had three games scoring in double figures. Her best scoring game came at UTSA (1/3) when she tallied 13 points.

2011-12 – Sophomore

Rutledge started first 14 games of last season before seeing limited time in the rest of her 30 games played while nursing a nagging knee injury. An all-around player, she finished second on the team in rebounds (124), assists (38), blocks (10) and steals (24). Rutledge averaged 4.1 rebounds and 5.7 points in 23.0 minutes per game.  She scored in double figures six times as a sophomore including a career high 14 points twice against UTEP (Nov. 16) and Southern Utah (Nov. 27).

2010-11 – Freshman

Rutledge claimed All-WAC Freshman team honors in her first season in Crimson and White. She made 20 starts and saw action in all but one contest. On the year she averaged 1.7 points and 4.8 rebounds per games. Rutledge was second on the Aggies with 150 rebounds, third on the team with 12 blocks and fourth in steals at 24. In WAC play she increased her rebounding average to 6.4 boards per game to rank in a tie for No. 7 in league games. She grabbed a career-high 15 rebounds at Fresno State on Jan. 15 during freshman campaign.

 

High School

Played for Mira Costa High School. As a junior Rutledge was a first team all-Bay League selection as well as a first team all-South Bay Area honoree. She was also selected as a first team honoree at the Orange County Classic. Rutledge averaged 10 points a game and 13 rebounds a contest as a junior. She tallied three assists and three steals per game as well. She was also recruited by Utah State, Fresno State and Cal State Bakersfield.

Rutledge was born Jan. 30, 1992 in Los Angeles, Calif., and is the daughter of Burrell Rutledge and Virlicia Thomas. She is undecided on a major.
