 Kyra Cruse

2009-10: Cruse competed in Reining in 2009-10. She competed in six events for the Aggies earning a 1-5 record on the year. Her lone win came against Oklahoma State (10/10). Cruse was awarded the Workhorse award at the team banquet.

Stephen F. Austin: Cruse transferred from Stephen F. Austin in Nacogdoches, Texas.

High School: A graduate of Pilot Point High School in Pilot Point, Texas, Cruse has been showing Appaloosas since she was 5 years old. She has earned National and World Championships in the United States and Canada including; youth Western Pleasure, Western Horsemanship, Bareback Horsemanship, Trial, Western Riding, Barrel Racing, Halter Mares and Halter Geldings. Cruse also earned several top 5 and top 10 awards in Hunter Under Saddle, Hunter in Hand, Trail, Western Riding, Barrel Racing and Pole Bending. 

Personal: Cruse is the daughter of Steve Cruse and Karen Scarberry. She is majoring in Agricultural Business and Economics.
